About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 25 years in the banking industry. When I was ready for a new challenge, I was inspired by another State Farm agent and saw an opportunity to continue helping people while building a business focused on relationships, service, and community involvement.
Giving back to the community is one of my favorite parts of agency ownership. We stay actively involved with local schools and youth-focused initiatives, and I am a member of both the Rotary Club and United Fund. Supporting local children and families is something we care deeply about.
Our agency offers PTO, dental and vision insurance, a Simple IRA with a 3% employer match, licensing costs paid up front, and a unique monthly health and wellness bonus that can be used toward a gym membership, self-care, or other wellness activities. We also celebrate birthdays and milestones as a team and observe all bank holidays because I believe it's important to recognize and appreciate the people who help make our agency successful.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
